　日々新たなご訪問をいただき有難うございます。



　この度は、「米流時評」殿が国際五輪委員会（ＩＯＣ）会長宛に北京五輪反対のメールを送る提案をされていることを知り、趣旨に感銘を覚えた次第です。同ブログに敬意を表し、筆者からも1通書かせていただいたので小稿に報告します。駄文ですが、ご意見を送られる方の何らかのご参考としていただける機会があれば幸いです。

意見書の概要

ジャック・ロゲ会長殿

　謹啓　政治団体に属さない日本人研究者の1人として、中華人民共和国で予定されている北京五輪開催について異議を申し述べたく一便差し上げます。

　申し上げるまでもなく、中華人民共和国は五輪開催の申請時に人権状況の改善を約束していますが、改善は観られず、むしろ悪化しているかに見受けられます。中華人民共和国が外国の取材と報道を遮断し、その巨大なブラックボックスの中で、精神の自由を求めて抗議するチベットの人々に対する弾圧と虐殺を繰り広げております。この21世紀にあってはならない国家暴力であり、以って、同国が2008年の五輪開催国として適切ではないことを指摘申し上げます。

　同国が国際機関による人権調査を拒否し続ければ、人命軽視の実情を認めたものとみなし、五輪開催を中止される方途があろうかと存じます。以上、勘案いただければ光栄です。謹白

　Dear sir, as one of Japanese researcher related to no political group or sect, I would like to make a comment herewith to state an objection regarding the Olympic Games in Beijing planned in People Republic China.

　Needless to say, People Republic China promised the improvement of human-rights situations when applied as host country for the 2008 Olympic Games, but nothing has been improved in the situation, furthermore, it seems to be getting worse. In fact, the government of People's Republic of China actually repeats suppression and slaughter against Tibet people who protest in quest of mental freedom in a huge black box intercepting foreign coverage and report systems. Such national violence must not be existed in this 21st century on the Earth, herewith, I must point out that People Republic China is not appropriate as host country for the 2008 Olympic Games.

　If People Republic China continues refusing the human-rights research with some international organization proposed by many countries, your Olympic Game Organization may consider that People Republic China accepts the actual condition of human-rights suppression, and the Olympic Games holding in the country should be canceled, shouldn’t it?

　It will be very honored if you and your organization would give this matter of your careful considerations.
